2008 Begnas in Sison

Sison will hold an INDIGENOUS PEOPLES CELEBRATIONS, “BEGNAS” on October 30, 2008 and the organizers are asking for your support (see letter below). The event is sponsored by the Tribal Council Federation, Sison Tribal Women Federation and the Bago National Cultural Society of the Philippines Inc of the Municipality of Sison, Pangasinan.
Send your support to the Sison Tribal Women Federation President, Mrs. Josephine A. Saguirre and/or Mrs. Memoria L. Naranjo, Begnas treasurer, in care of Mr. Inocencio G. Carganilla, chairman of the Pangasinan Tribal Council at the Mayor’s office in Sison.
Direct all inquiries to Mr. Carganilla by telephone: 075-567-2661. Mr. Carganilla is the current executive assistant to Mayor Kimi and will be the acting liaison for the Begnas committee.
