Auntie Jean, Yuhoooo! How are you? Still blooming as it shows here in your photos. Happy happy birthday! Don’t tell us how old you are now…Thirty-three? I have not forgotten the “thing” you wanted as present. You said, you also want something like what I gave Lola Dora, right? Okay, I’m going to hand-carry it to you this mother’s day (hopefully).
So can you accept a rush guest soon? I really meant to ask earlier, but thank God it’s your birthday, so now I have a chance to visit.
There are super -marvelous discount fares this month, whopeee! I want to spin around for a few days in California videotaping the surroundings and what life could be when Japanese people come to USA for a home stay. The position I’m holding now in Jap. Senior High was meant for an American national but I was hired instead, so please help me gather details about American life (nakakahiya, I’ve never been to the mainland). And because it’s mother’s day too, I can chat and party with both you and Lola. Yeheyyy!
Hey, that’s green tea ice cream you’re holding! Hmmn, I think I know what to bring to California now.

Happy Bday, mom! It was good we celebrated her birthday last Saturday since she was at the hospital today (because of lola Dora…she must have over celebrated

Hi manang Jean,
You look great as ever. I had the priveledge to meet you,Jeanette and her kids briefly at JR and Joy’s wedding last Dec.2006. I only wish we spent more time reminiscing the days when Jeannette was only four years old and Babot a baby when you lived in an apartment in Baguio, Abanano St. I remember manang Eling Baiguen and a few others used to rent a room in your place. Hope we will see you all again in December. There’s a lot to catch up.
