The Sagunto Women’s Tribal Association (SWTA) would like to express their thanks for your help and support of their endeavor to organize and coordinate an outstanding bario fiesta for Sagunto. When they asked for your help, Saguntonians rose to the occasion and donated overwhelmingly, making this one of the most profitable Rizal Day Celebrations ever.
The Sagunto Barangay Council has decreed that the net proceeds as noted in the following financial reports will be used to purchase a sound system and for the clean and green program.

Thank you soooo much to the Sagunto Tribal Women’s Association and their President, Mrs. Estella Q. Santillano and all the people who assisted you in making this Fiesta a successful one and having a hefty surplus left over for the river cleaning. Kudos to Captain Esteban and his council members for his leadership in choosing the STWA to head this important task. Of course we couldn’t have raised all the funds without the kabarangayans abroad, all whose names are listed on the donors page. The people of Sagunto will reap the benefits of your generosity and sacrifices.
Now let’s roll-up our sleeves and start the RIVER CLEANING and BEAUTIFICATION project! God Bless to all…
this would be the POIN…when it comes to money we should be transparent and the amt. should be at the oppsite of the donor’s name, PARA ALA LUSOT!
jo, we (saguntostar.com) thought it prudent to not disclose the amount of individual donations as those individuals were not consulted prior.

Such a great plan and purpose STWA! we are concentrating more on electronics/ cemented projects and everything that will last for a while and we have neglected the Nature/ our sorroundings that was abused by us human being and now that Miss Nida presented to us an overview of their proposed program/ project for the GREENing Program of the WAIG whom we dearly love since if we are from Sagunto we raised there or just visited the place we have a story about that remarkable place. we here in SS are part of your dreams and plans I know that it will take time in fulfilling your/ our dreams in the restoration of the place but you have started it now and plans are being laid and from there we could move and fulfill that dream. The Barangay Council/ STWA/ KALIPI /Sr. Citizens/ and all NGO’s both Local and people abroad let’s work hand in hand.

Jo, I do get your point and I wasn’t laughing at it. I apologize if you felt like I was laughing at you. No, I wasn’t. Just trying to add lightness to a sensitive situation. If you review my answer to your first request, I gave it with seriousness and respect. I was laughing at igidyo’s comment and not yours, let’s be clear on that.
However, I stand by my decision to not publish donated amounts here without the consent of the donors. It wouldn’t be fair to those who value their privacy just to satisfy a few.
