Happy New Year to all of you. May you have a blessed Prosperous New Year 2008. We are safely back home in California.
This is to express my sincere thanks for your financial and moral support for my candidacy for the ‘Ang Lola Kong Reyna’ contest during the 2007 Sison Town Fiesta. Although I was only the 2nd Princess I was happy to have represented our Sagunto Organization USA, and the Filipino Association of Retirees in Southern California (FARSOC). Leo Sr. and I enjoyed the joyous celebration. It was not the winning that was important to me, it was the willingness to serve, the harmony and unity among the relatives, friends far and near, and the cooperation of the entire municipal officials who were there to support me morally, financially and spiritually.
We highly appreciated the friendliness, kindness, the good fellowship and the excellent hospitality shown to us as balikbayans by the administrative council under the leadership of Hon. Congressman Mark Cojuangco, Hon. Mayor Kimi Cojuangco, Hon. Vice Mayor Bensaulosacheus Marinas and Mrs. Juliet Marinas.
I encourage all of you old and young to join this year’s town fiesta and find out and experience how wonderful it is to spend the holidays in the Philippines, particularly in Sagunto and Sison Pangasinan.
Start saving now and make plans to go home as balikbayans in December 2008.

CONGRATULATIONS lola Irene am so proud of you saw your pictures in the Sison website nagadu. It was a noble purpose that you did represent the Barrio tribu and the clan again!!! Mabuhay kayo!!! Reyna kayo latta kadakami in real life!
