Eliezer Sunang wins Bronze in SEA Games

Congratulations to Saguntonian Eliezer Sunang for winning the Bronze Medal in the Men’s Shot put at the 2007 South East Asia (SEA) Games in Thailand!
The SEA Games is underway in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand from December 6 to December 15, 2007. As of today, December 10th, the Philippines is ranked fifth in medal winnings, racking up 23 Gold medals, 30 Silver medals, and 53 Bronze medals. Our very own Eliezer Sunang garnered one of those medals.
Eliezer is the son of Gertrudes Biteng and Henry Sunang. Congratulations, Eliezer, we are all proud of you!

Oh wow awesome this is a History!the Sagunto Barangay Fiesta Organizer should include Eleazer to be honored during the thanksgiving night I knew lots of Saguntonians who reached Palarong Pambansa but not SEA games. when I read the Family name Sunang I think of no other than Henry and I was right it was his son Congratulations from us SS we are proud of you keep it up to inspire the youth of our Barangay brod!

Shot Put game is for the strong. It’s great for him and his people for this achievement, that’s not easy besting some foreigners for this type of competition.

Great job Eliezer! I don’t remember him much, but he could be that one I heard to play sports well and do billiard in taltalon :-). Knowing he’s from the Biteng and Sunang clans, he must be the bright kid Yul was talking about. Does he study in Baguio Colleges/UC or in Manila? Maybe, if we feature him more, we could hear many wonderful details of his lifestyle and principles from which our young people could learn from. Ok, we’ll wait till he comes home. Congratulations to the Biteng and Sunang clans!

Eliezer really deserves to be awarded since he is the first son of Sagunto who had won in a competition in Seagames, the fact that I told Nida to include him in the awardees list. We are planning to give him a certificate of Appreciation, But if smeone is willing to sponsor him we would like to gim him a plaque, the son of Saguntonga nagpractisan na cano ti batbato diay waig with his father.
