Hard working SK youth
These young people are an inspiration to all, young and old. Led by Ms. Arlene Paliwen, SK Chairman, they all worked hard to prepare the town hall (abong) for the basketball league. The night before the opening ceremony, they stayed late into the night clearing, painting and decorating the town hall.

They had to bag and clear gravel! According to Arlene, “sep. 13 (clearing the plaza.. nagado gamin ti darat kada graba nga nakatambak jay plaza, as in super adu isu nga pati babakla kada girls ket nagbaggat!..) ”
The girls were in the SK Office making the letters for the sign.
While the girls were making signs, Arlene said, “balong “bakla”.. sep 14 @ 1:30am.. kalkalpas na nagaramid corsage para kadagiyay guests”.

3:00 a.m. September 15, all is ready for the opening ceremonies at 9:00 a.m.
The beautiful SK Chairman finally takes a break and smile after all the work is done.
well done kids for doing a gud work for our home town. I wish i was there too to atleast laugh with u lot even though i couldnt do what ur doin. Hahahahahah. Have a great day…..
